Our image enhancement functionality is a multi-step process.
We send your uploaded images to our primary API provider, kie.ai.
To perform the enhancement, kie in turn utilizes large language models from other technology providers, including Google's Gemini 2.5 Flash Image Preview (also known as Nano Banana).
Important Disclosure: While MelhorixAI is committed to never using your images for AI model training or any purpose other than providing the service, we do not control the data handling practices of kie or their sub-processors like Google. It is possible that these third-party services may use submitted data to improve their systems, which could include model training. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policies of both kie and Google to understand the complete data processing chain and how your images may be used by them. Your use of our Service constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of this data processing arrangement.
We use Google Analytics to track and report website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. You can opt-out of having your activity on the Service made available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
